​Louise brings over 30 years of nursing expertise to Face Foundry, with a career spanning critical care and surgical plastics. Her passion led her to cosmetic aesthetics nearly six years ago, culminating in a Post Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing in 2021.

Recognized for her excellence, Louise served as a trainer for Fresh Clinics, one of Australia's leading training providers for cosmetic clinics. In this role, she taught a comprehensive range of cosmetic aesthetic procedures to both new and experienced nurses.

As a cosmetic nurse for almost 6 years, Louise continually strives to keep up to date with new emerging treatments and techniques. She believes education is paramount to ensure patients feel empowered to make informed decisions on their treatment options. Her approach is based on providing a thorough understanding of what each product and treatment can achieve, especially in a rapidly advancing industry. This commitment to patient education and staying current with industry advancements aligns perfectly with her passion for offering innovative, minimally invasive treatments while always prioritizing patient safety and natural-looking results.

She has worked extensively in boutique cosmetic clinics in London before recently relocating to WA with her partner.

Specialising in a wide range of skin treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, laser therapy, and advanced facials, Ilenia combines clinical expertise with a passion for skincare, ensuring that each client receives tailored care suited to their individual skin type and needs.

As a Clinic Manager at Face Foundry, Ilenia ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, managing a team of skilled professionals while overseeing client satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and patient care. Maira's expertise extends to education, having worked as a trainer for the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS), one of Australia's leading cosmetic training institutions. This experience keeps her at the forefront of skincare advancements.
